Mission and Focus
Our mission is to leverage women’s leadership in philanthropy and strengthen the Cary community through the power of collective giving.
Our approach is to periodically bring women together to learn about our area’s critical needs. We invite local nonprofits to apply through an annual competitive grants process. Our giving group then decides which programs best address area needs and awards high-impact grants.
Membership and Benefits
We strongly believe that informed, empowered women can and do build stronger families, communities and economies. We invite you to join us to realize the power that collective philanthropy can have in our community.
Our members commit to making a $600 contribution annually for three years. Each $600 contribution is allocated this way: $500 into the local giving pool, $50 to the statewide Women’s Fund managed by NCCF and $50 for administration.
Prospective members must submit a signed commitment form and an initial contribution. For more information, please email Quinn E. Novels, NCCF regional director, or call 919-256-6914.
